Mower and tiller for NH

I bought a NH2120 (34 PTO HP, 42 engine HP) with a Woods 1020 loader and Gearmore box scraper several months ago. I've moved a fair amount of dirt so far and am very happy with the setup. Now I'm getting ready to put about 5 acres into irrigated grass pasture. Any suggestions on how big a roto-tiller I can pull? Same question for a mower. I'm leaning toward a bush hog rotary mower as I also have some rolling hills full of brambles and brush to maintain but am open for any and all suggestions.Thanks
